The Opportunity

As our Workplace Trainer, you'll deliver high-impact training that equips our people with the skills they need to work safely, efficiently, and flexibly. You'll be hands-on with the workforce, developing training programs, mentoring, and ensuring records and competencies are up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver internal training packages

• Develop engaging and interactive online (eLMS) training materials

• Create and maintain a training calendar aligned to operational priorities

• Conduct skills audits, training needs analysis, and mapping of Units of Competency.

• Mentor and coach employees

• Maintain accurate training documentation and systems

• Report & communicate using tools (excel, Power BI, LMS System)

• Deliver high-risk work training and assessment (desirable)

About You

• Accredited Cert IV Trainer and Assessor

• Experience developing online training materials

• Minimum 3-5 years of workplace training experience in high-risk industries

• Skilled communicator who can connect with a diverse workforce

• Strong record-keeping and organisational skills

• Proven ability to train and assess high-risk work licences (highly regarded)

• Stevedoring industry experience (highly regarded)
